Super easy to place an order. The lights are awesome!

I placed my order in November and it finally arrived in January - not too shabby considering the promised delivery time was 5 to 7 days when I made the purchase. I lost track of how many times I had to follow up with them.

The customer support was super helpful in getting us the lighting we required - and just in time for Christmas, no less!

The woman working there was super helpful and offered a bunch of ideas for our lighting needs. She got back to my emails fast when I inquired about certain items, and when I finally purchased a few gorgeous lights, they showed up in just a couple of days. Awesome!!

The quality of the lights we got was top-notch and they arrived super fast. The cost was the most competitive I found, coming in at £30 - £40 less than other places. I was a bit disappointed that the delivery guy left the package in the rain at the side of the house, but hey, that’s not on L4L, so I didn’t lower my rating.

The item arrived in excellent packaging, so even though the outer box got a bit banged up during shipping, the box for the light was in perfect condition. It took 7 days to get here after I ordered it, so that 'up to 14 days' warning on the site is probably the max you should plan for. I'm definitely gonna use them again and would suggest them to my friends.

Great customer support - the lamp showed up super fast. Sadly, I had to send it back since it was oversized for the area. Got my refund in just two days after I sent it off.

Love4lighting had the items I was looking for readily available. The service was top-notch. However, the Nordlux Smart Sensor and Ava light are a whole different ballgame. It seems like the sensor and light fitting just don’t recognize each other. I spent the entire weekend trying to get them to work, but no luck at all. I really wish Nordlux would make sure their products function properly in real-life scenarios before putting them out there. The app isn’t user-friendly, and the instructions provided are pretty much useless if the products can’t detect each other.
